Intro

In 2019, XL launched an RFP to select a partner with credentials, knowledge, and experience to implement a Service Delivery Platform (SDP), capable of responding to current challenges faced by the operator regarding the end-to-end management of all their digital partners ecosystem.

Details

The Challenge

XL intended to deploy a modern, scalable and robust platform that is capable of acting as a single solution enabled to all partners, ensuring a centralized and modern information management system, with Revenue and Fraud control processes and comprehensive API Layer for partners. The solution should also ensure that the existing internal XL systems and platforms could communicate with the new SDP.

XL also requested a call center tool that should have available features to support daily customer service VAS activities and should allow these same elements to be triggered in different touchpoints and sites.

The Solution

 TIMWETECH addressed all the challenges through its proprietary platforms:

 

    • Implementation of a partner management platform – Partner Hub™â€“ TIMWETECH is deploying a large-scale cloud solution, completely virtualized and based on microservices (Kubernetes cluster). The platform uses performant technologies, running in parallel with a suite of computing services. The solution offers a centralized management system for the complete partner ecosystem, where technical and marketing configurations can be managed, for each business offer or partner.
    • Development and management of a Call Center Tool – TIMWETECH deployed a web portal solution and API gateway that, together with our workflow engine, simplifies the initial setup and migration of existing APIs and flows. This modern platform is already deployed and allows multiple endpoints to accept external requests from other XL tools and partners.
