The Challenge
In 2017, Ooredoo was looking for a partner to revamp their existing ring back tones product with new features and offers, making it more appealing to their customers and accelerating their revenue growth.Â
The main goal was to migrate 1 million customers without any regressions in the existing service, enhancing features such as billing and user experience.
The Solution
TIMWETECH delivered an end-to-end RBT solution, including a fully functional platform with all existing features, more channels, simpler and appealing interfaces, as well as revenue enhancement features.Â
Our solution included live features used with the customers, along with a complete optimization of existing flows and user experience.Â
