Intro
Vivo is the leading telecom operator in Brazil. The company is trusted by more than 80 million consumers – individual, businesses, households and organizations – to which it provides mobile, wireless, wireline, and VAS services.
In 2020 Vivo launched an RFP to select a partner with credentials, knowledge, and experience to implement a Service Delivery Platform, capable of responding to current challenges faced by the operator regarding the end-to-end management of all their digital partners ecosystem.

The Challenge
Vivo intended to have a unique partner capable of aggregation all their branded services and all their third-party content/services providers, managing the entire partner lifecycle, resulting in costs savings and revenue increase. The operator also wanted a monitoring system, with state-of-art reports and a call center tool to manage and reduce the complaints.
The Solution
TIMWETECH addressed all the challenges through its partner management platform – Partner Hub™, allowing the generation of new monetization opportunities and revenue growth, through a set of differentiated and high value-added features, exclusive to Vivo. TIMWETECH’s Partner Hub Platform encompassed the following scope of work:
- Integration of all VAS service providers;
- End-to-end Partner management (including service definition, content selection, service integration, testing and service delivery as per Vivo’s guidelines and applicable laws, regulations and code of conduct);
- Introduction of new content providers and launch of innovative services;
- Technical support and connectivity assistance;
- Development and Management of a Customer Care Tool, reflecting all VAS services, that integrates with Vivo’s CRM;
- Ensure Fraud control service provisioning across all partners and services;
- Management of monthly Revenue Share Reporting and Payouts to all partners.
