Vivo is the leading telecom operator in Brazil. The company is trusted by more than 80 million consumers – individual, businesses, households and organizations – to which provides mobile, wireless, wireline, and VAS services.
In 2016, Vivo decided to launch an RFP to select a partner capable of offering advance credit to their prepaid customers who try to use data, SMS, SVA and voice and are not successful, according to a credit score based on each customer’s usage profile.
