Movistar is the fastest growing telecom operator in Costa Rica. The company is trusted by more than 3M consumers – individual, businesses, households and organizations, to which provides mobile, wireless, wireline, and VAS services.
In 2020, Movistar decided to improve its in-house Airtime Credit service by outsourcing it to a company that could provide the credit scoring platform and manage the service.
Considering the simplicity of the in-house service, TIMWETECH found it essential to provide an integrated solution, with custom-developed functions, which would allow Movistar to meet the needs:
