I started my journey in Lisbon (HQ) 5 years ago and I would describe this time working in TIMWETECH as an endlessly dynamic and ever-changing challenge, yet fundamentally solid. Whenever there’s an opportunity coming our way, we adjust and jump right in, we think beyond and go the extra mile, we learn new things and adapt quickly.
What I appreciate most about TIMWETECH is that it has given me the opportunity to be part of a multicultural environment with outstanding colleagues and work with many different clients. I cherish all the memories of the people I have met during this time.
TIMWETECH has enabled me to greatly boost my career with a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects namely the product management of CR7 project and now this APAC experience that I’ve been living in the past 2 years.
It has been quite a ride!
Today, I am the Project Manager at Lisbon headquarters managing a team of over 20 Developers, but my journey at TIMWETECH started 9 years ago when I joined as a junior Software Developer. Since then, I had the opportunity to join a big Project Team in 2012 in Malaysia that involved the creation of a new data centre and the migration of all the communication channels, which took 1 year of development.
Later in 2013 I got promoted to be the team leader of the Portal Management team, and since then I have grown as a Manager to the position that I hold today as a Project Manager for Digital Services and Customer Value Management Solutions.
Professionally it has become a challenging experience everyday, as my job has enabled me, in few years, to evolve from a SW developer into a people developer and business owner.
My journey at TIWMETECH began in 2015 as a Software Developer, and I am currently a Solutions Architect. I believe that these past five years have been extremely important for me, both in personal and professional levels.
After eight months of working at TIMWETECH, I quickly developed into an IT Team Leader. This gave me more responsibility, but also challenged me to get out of my comfort zone. TIMWETECH is a multi-cultural place, where you can find people with different skills, aspirations and attitudes. With a business in an increasingly competitive market, TIMWETECH motivates its employees to be more independent, creative and hard workers, adding more value to each person individually and professionally.
Working at TIMWETECH has shown me that we can always learn and achieve more than we believe. I am very proud to be part of such a hardworking team and am looking forward to many more years of working here.
I have joined TIMWETECH in 2012 as a Marketing Executive Trainee, where I evolved quickly into the business development area, which took me to my current position as a Commercial Associate Director for North Latam, leading the commercial growth and sales pipeline of the region.
Over these 6 years I have had the chance to participate in a wide range of projects for various clients within the LATAM market: Marketing Campaign “+ de 1000 Mexicanos a Brasil” with ABInBev; AT&T’s Master Aggregation project that today is a showcase for TIMWETECH’s innovate technology and Digital Activation Programs for Telefonica Group across different countries.
These are very different projects, but all of them have had a vast outreach and, most importantly, they have meant a tremendous effort as a team which has paid out in terms of customer business results. Working at TIMWETECH is being part of something bigger, setting goals, taking risks and truly making things happen!
I head the marketing function for the No.1 region in TIMWETECH.
TIMWETECH is a great place for creative minds to apply the skills and knowledge they possess and let their talent prosper in a positive working environment. At TIMWETECH I am always treated as a professional should be and am thankful for the support I have received. My biggest accomplishment has been to effectively cater to the diverse customer base, spread across a vast region and adapt well enough to “hit the right note” with them, through delivery of the suitable solutions.
I am a believer of my dreams, this has helped me to evolve into a better person.
