The Solution

Babbel is a self-learning platform for languages, where users can learn various language courses on their own, obtaining a level from basic to advanced. The app offers courses in 14 languages through different exercises that focus on skills such as writing, reading, speaking and pronunciation through a voice recognition technology.

When purchasing or renewing the telco tariff plans, users are granted access to Babbel’s service for free. Customers receive a link via SMS to register on the platform and automatically have access to the lessons of the language course of their choice.

The Babbel bundles have been a success in both Vivo and TIM. Different bundles were created for the operator’s tariff plans, from prepaid to postpaid, including a wide range of Babbel services.
