In 2013, Ooredoo Qatar launched an RFP to select a partner capable of aggregating their partners, as well as managing all the channels to sell content to the end user – Mobile, Web, USSD, IVR, etc. TIMWETECH was the selected partner to provide the full outsourcing of their VAS capabilities.

The Challenge
Considering Ooredoo’s requests, TIMWETECH found it essential to provide services such as the aggregation and management of all third-parties, portal management and consultancy.
TIMWETECH aimed to achieve two main goals:
1. Aggregate all existing partners;
2. Reduce the number of complaints from Ooredoo’s existing partners and services.
The Solution
To comply with all of Ooredoo’s requirements, over the years TIMWETECH has developed a solution with the following features:
– Master aggregation platform to ensure fraud and subscription management;
– Centralized customer care tool, guaranteeing a clean and clear complaint management;
– Faster invoicing and payments for Content Providers;
– Improve cross department coordination;
– 20% increase of overall VAS revenues.
Apart from these, TIMWETECH also aims to launch new initiatives in the operator’s portfolio:
– New core Value Added Services;
– WAP and Web entertainment portal;
– Re-launch RBT platform;
– Content bundling with Core Services;
