The Challenge
XL was looking for an end-to-end, automated partner settlement and management solution that not only bills and rates accurately, but also handles entire partner lifecycle requirements, from recruitment to settlement, helping attract and retain partners through effective management, while preventing revenue leakage through meticulous settlement procedures.
The Solution
TIMWETECH is providing XL with the Front End of our Single Settlement Platform, for managing the user interface. The following features are being implemented:
- Personalized user interface;
- Special conditions to accommodate different partners;
- Partner data upload;
- E-mail integration;
- Invoice (from partners to XL, and vice versa);
- Partner & product onboarding connected with other XL platforms;
- Accounting for closing report;
- Journal Posting with SAP;
- Different models of reconciliations for different types of partners.
