Partners & External Providers

As a requirement of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013, TIMWETECH performs a process to evaluate partners and external providers, to ensure that all impact on the quality of the service provided by our company are evaluated, qualified and monitored.

The evaluation process is performed based on the following criteria:

• Information Security Breaches
• Price
• Delivery
• Payment Condition
• Supply Quality

Each partner or external provider leads to a specific assessment and the average of the results is evaluated annually, as described below:

For Information Security Breaches:

• In case of any security breaches, TIMWETECH won’t approve the partner or external provider.

For Price, Delivery, Payment Condition and Supply Quality:

• The criterion is a rating scale from 1-10, in which 1 is considered to be bad and 10 excellent. In case of the average of the results be less than 50%, TIMWETECH won’t approve the external provider.

Providers whose evaluation is less than 50% or has any security breach, may be disqualified and unable from continuing to provide services to TIMWETECH. There may be a revision of the classification after the implementation of improvements by the partner or external provider.
