weWallet also provides the management of the family members wallets and has security strategies, such as locating the mobile wallet or blocking it in cases of theft..
Has systems that help the decision-making process by suggesting possible actions according to the brands goals. NFC Link is a cloud-based technological platform that supports interactions between all the elements in the Near Field Communications (NFC) ecosystem. Acts as a Trusted Service Manager (TSM) to any mobile service that uses this type of technology. This solution is useful for managing NFC marketing campaigns – allowing brands to manage their tags, smart posters, and all NFC communications.

NFC link has two components: (1) the end user application and (2) the web browser backoffice.

NFC Link provides a good user experience, with easy access to information. It also makes it easy to share content on social media, schedule meetings or make calls.

The plataform analyses the customers’ consumption profiles, assisting in the recognition of their needs and on the prediction of future trends.

weTester

WeTester is a platform that provides the most diverse tests to web and mobile services, in real time. These tests aim to detect defects in the service provided. This platform analyzes internet connection speed, latency, VoIP, IPTV streaming, call quality, signal quality, battery consumption, etc.

The cloud serves as the basis for the entire process.

WeTester has two main components: (1) a portal and (2) a mobile application.

The entire process is simplified so that it is possible to perform all these tests in a systematic, timed, and detailed way.

Through the portal it is possible to manage, configure and schedule tests provided by weTeste, allowing to configure reports and alarms associated with tests, and manage devices.

WeTester mobile application, joints a series of technical information about the device, it is also possible to view all the tests that were performed on it, to view the reports and the associated records.

TELCOVISTA – Big Data Analytics Platform for Telco Operators

TelcoVista aimed to resolve some challenges faced by the operators, like the payment failures by consumers, frauds, the difficulty in using customer data to provide personalized and differentiated services and the fact that telecommunication is a very fierce industry, with high dropout rates.

TelcoVista has 3 major components: (1) Platform management and Big Data Analytics for operators (2) Cloud infrastructure to support the ecosystem (3) Account management tool for consumers.

The platform provides a detailed analysis of the characteristics and behaviors of consumers, that makes possible to promote and provide personalized products/services, in compliance with the privacy rules in force. It also ables the extraction and analysis of relevant information for the business through Business Intelligence.

Calculates the probability of each consumer becoming a source of bad debt or of abandoning the operator in a near future (churn) and defines credit provision models (smart scoring) according to some differentiating factors.

The platform ensures a secure storage and the fast process and access to information related to the operator’s business. It is also possible for the consumer to manage its account, to consult services, campaigns, and notifications.

ADAA – Intelligent and Collaborative Government Management System

AMBRO

AMBRO consisted in an ecosystem for the functioning and support of intelligent personal assistants (IPAs) in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT). IPA is a software, capable of interacting with an individual, fulfilling their requests, predicting, suggesting and performing tasks by interacting with different sources of information and with other devices. AMBRO can, for example, independently turn on the toaster maker and the coffee machine, while heating the house and informing the user of the traffic status. These tasks are affected by many external variables such as location, available objects, permissions within the network, the platform training level, etc. During the project, an IPA was developed for smartphones (Android and iOS) and for smartwatches (Android OS), it was also created a web backoffice for the configuration of sensors in the environment, network gateways and a backend to support the entire ecosystem.
