TIMWETECH promoted, once again, the Open Day, a dedicated event for Trainees, on 30th of May at Lisbon Headquarters. A fun and interactive event where the candidates of our Trainees’ Program had the chance to be in contact with the company itself by participating in several activities.
It was an opportunity for us to open our doors to finalists of degrees and master’s degrees in Management, Finance, Marketing, etc. Some of our team members who joined TIMWETECH through the last edition of this Program, had the opportunity to give their testimonials and to share their experiences in different areas, explaining their main daily challenges and, importantly, share the multiple career development opportunities in a company 100% Portuguese that operates in a truly global market. We presented to the trainees the diversity and multiculturality of our business and operations, the agile and dynamic working model with high levels of responsibility as of day 1 and, of course, the opportunities for continuous learning from our business areas: Fintech, Digital Services and Managed Software Solutions.
To demonstrate their skills and their potential to embrace the challenges that TIMWETECH has to offer, all the candidates were initially invited to introduce themselves and, after this, they participated in a dynamic “escape game” inspired, where, in a fun moment, they demonstrated behaviors aligned with some of TIMWETECH’s critical skills: Collaboration, Resilience, Leadership, and Strategic Thinking. The candidates were also invited to solve a case study based on real info where they analyze and propose solutions to a business problem.
TIMWETECH would like to say thank you to everyone – candidates and employees – that made this event possible. The last stage of this recruitment process will be followed by final interviews, after which decisions will be taken regarding the new reinforcements of our team.
