TIMWETECH manages all of the projects according to the AGILE methodology, where knowledge, skills, tools and techniques are used, to guarantee that all project objectives are met.


Our methodology is based on the Project Management Institute principles, PMI, but we frequently adapt those principles to the project, coupling it with another methodology such as SCRUM (Agile Project Management). TIMWETECH manages projects by clearly defining and integrating all management processes, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Closure.


Our Project Manager is the person responsible for ensuring all these processes are followed. Throughout the project TIMWETECH focuses on:


  • Scope definition and clarification;
  • Definition of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable/Achievable, Realistic, Tangible/Timed) objectives;
  • Managing all project constraints – scope, time, cost, quality, risk and resources.


To ensure a successful implementation and subsequent day-to-day management of the project, TIMWETECH deploys multifunctional teams composed by experts, with commercial, marketing and technical backgrounds both from regional and local offices.
