    TIMWE rebrands into TIMWETECH as a reflection of its broader portfolio and positioning.

    ENLARGED DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PORTFOLIO

    TIMWETECH adds a new set of solutions in its portfolio to accelerate its customers' digital transformation journey. Continued APAC region expansion and launched OTT’s Platform.

    IMPROVED PERFORMANCE MARKETING CAPABILITIES AND EXPANSION

    TIMWETECH incorporates new modules within existing performance platforms thus allowing effective management of both Telco channels and external digital marketing channels. In addition, TIMWETECH increases its presence across Africa and Asia Pacific by opening new offices and gaining traction within new client groups.

    In addition to mobile payments provided via over 120 connections around the globe, TIMWETECH expands its FINTECH portfolio by incorporating mobile lending capabilities supported by expertise in mobile payments and data analytics.

    DIVERSIFICATION INTO DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND FURTHER INVESTMENT ON INNOVATION

    TIMWETECH expands its technological offering by adding business transformation, service delivery, OSS and BSS solutions to its Telco clients.
    TIMWETECH launches TIMWETECH Ventures to nurture and support innovation.

    CONSOLIDATION OF OPERATIONS IN AFRICA, MIDDLE EAST AND ASIA

    TIMWETECH consolidates its presence in Africa, Middle East and Asia, by launching new relevant business activities and opening offices in these regions.

    DIVERSIFICATION INTO DIGITAL PLATFORM SERVICES

    Building on extensive knowledge of the mobile industry TIMWETECH goes one step further and partners with Telcos in their digital transformation journey. In effect, TIMWETECH improves customer experience, boosting Telcos' efficiency and agility, whilst maximizing revenue.

    DIVERSIFICATION INTO MOBILE GOVERNMENT

    TIMWETECH orients its focus to Governmental clients, by launching its dedicated Government business, whose aim is to help governments around the world to better communicate with their citizens.

    INVESTMENT IN INNOVATION AND INCREASED PRESENCE IN LATIN AMERICA

    TIMWETECH increases the number of people fully dedicated to R&D activities in its incubator, TIMWETECH Lab. The focus is on developing innovative products for mobile phones, internet and interactive solutions, as well as on identifying and researching for new technologies and industry trends.

    DEVELOPMENT OF FINTECH AND CONSOLIDATION OF PRESENCE IN SEVERAL REGIONS

    TIMWETECH bets on its mobile payments activities through the diversification of products and using its existing network of connections around the globe. TIMWETECH continues to consolidate its presence throughout Central Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.

    ENHANCEMENT OF PORTFOLIO WITH CVM SOLUTIONS AND FUELING OF OUR PRESENCE IN ASIA

    In order to further leverage its experience in marketing and the mobile channel, TIMWETECH enhances its CVM services with marketing intelligence anchored in CRM and profiling of customer bases. Additionally, TIMWETECH strengthens its position in Asia, with the opening of an office in Malaysia.

    DIVERSIFICATION OF INTERFACE PLATFORMS

    With a global presence, a deep knowledge of the mobile channel and close relationships with mobile carriers, TIMWETECH decides to diversify its business by expanding its interface platform business.

    EXPANSION TO THE MIDDLE EAST AND CONTINUOUS CONSOLIDATION IN LATIN AMERICA AND EUROPE

    TIMWETECH initiates its business in the Middle East and Africa, opening more offices in several countries. Business in Latin America and Europe continues to grow.

    STRENGTHENING OF TIMWETECH INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE, THROUGH THE CONSOLIDATION OF OPERATIONS IN EUROPE AND LATIN AMERICA

    To strengthen its international presence, TIMWETECH opens more offices in Latin America and Europe.

    OPENING OF THE FIRST OFFICE ACROSS BORDERS

    TIMWETECH opens its first office across borders in Colombia and, later that year, in Argentina.

  • 2003

    DEVELOPMENT OF A PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM AND INTERNATIONALIZATION OF OPERATIONS

    TIMWETECH becomes leader in the distribution of digital services, followed by the development of its own distribution platform, NEO. At the same time, TIMWETECH expands to international markets by launching the first Latin American operations.

    ESTABLISHMENT

    TIMWETECH is established by Diogo Salvi and a group of entrepreneurs with the goal of distributing digital services to European operators.
